Email forwarding

Our email forwarding service enables you to have mail for your own domain name forwarded to other accounts at your ISP or elsewhere. This enables yourname@yourdomain.com to be forwarded to yourname@yourisp.com. The Mailforward services also support *@yourdomain.com. This makes the service ideal for families and organisation that want to use their own domain name but do not want to run their own mail servers.

Each Mailforward on a domain costs 1 'webzone' credit and enables up to 300 individual emails a day, or 50mb of email to be forwarded. Webzones can be ordered from our signup and pricing page.

All mail forwards get basic virus and spam protection as standard.

To enable mail forwarding on one of your domains, visit the management panel and click on the Set mail forwarding options icon to enable mail forwarding.

Please note that your domain name must already be on your control panel for you to use this service. This means that the domain must either have been either registered or transferred here, or the domains dns is already hosted here.

If you have any queries regarding this service, please contact our sales department.
