Email is archived (optional) enabling recent email to be re spooled to your server in the event of data loss at your site.
When using the Mailscan service, your e-mail is received by any one of our network of mail servers and carefully checked for the presence of many possible problems. Once cleared for delivery, the message is passed onto your own mail server for delivery to your users. The virus scanning process is seamless and has no real impact on mail delivery times. The whole process typically takes a few seconds.

How
do I get my mail?
Mail is automatically forwarded to your server, or collected by ETRN,
which means it is also ideal for offices without permanent Internet connectivity
or running on broadband connections. It is compatible with all the popular
mail servers
such
as Microsoft Exchange, Lotus, Imail, etc., and we provide full usage statistics
to keep your administrators informed about traffic being received and viruses
found.
